It is time to decide on the winners of the 5th edition of “Draw me abolition”! Out of around 400 posters produced by young people aged between 14 and 20 from 13 different countries, 50 posters have been shortlisted. ECPM and the International Network for Abolition Education are pleased to invite you to vote on the three productions that will be rewarded with the “Public Award” until 15 April.

The 50 posters, pre-selected after a lengthy evaluation process, are presented on an online platform so that you can vote for your three favourites to be awarded the Public Award.
Voting is open on Thursday 15 April until midnight !

As every year, the 5th edition of the competition aimed to engage young people around the world in the issue of the universal abolition of the death penalty.
Over 400 young artists from 13 different countries (Cameroon, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, France, Germany, Ghana, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mexico, Tanzania, Togo and Tunisia) participated to the 5th edition of the competition.
All of them approached the international issue of the death penalty with great sensitivity.
The criteria used for the pre-selection were the following
- intensity of the abolitionist message
- originality of the perspective proposed on the substance
- completeness of the production
- style of the overall visual
